Is it bad that the president has a good relationship with the saudi family that controls such a large portion of the oil supply?

Personally speaking, I find it very offensive to have other countries influencing our political elections. I guess that since it's the republicans who are benefitting, then some of you see no problem with it.....and I kind of recall hearing from some republicans in this group that if diebold 'throws' the election by fraudulently switching the votes in their voting machines, then it would be alright with them.

And no, I didn't applaud when the Chinese tried the same thing, and most democrats that I know also didn't applaud.

On the subject of the Saudis, I think that they've been handled altogether far too lightly in light of their participation with the terrorists who flew planes into our buildings...in fact I wonder if we know of even a fraction of their participation in 9/11. IMHO the bush family ties with the Saudis is very suspect, in the extreme and should be looked at by the 9/11 commission. ;)
